Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you go! You are able to cancel your membership at any time, but please give us at least 3 days’ notice ahead of your billing cycle. Please call or text us at 219-400-3700 or email us at support@tsunamiexpress.zendesk.com.

Once you have canceled your membership, you may still use it through the end of your paid term. For example, if your membership renews on the 1st of each month, and you cancel on the 20th. You may still use the wash with your membership through the last day of the month you canceled.

Refund Policy
