Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you go! You are able to cancel your membership at any time. Simply stop into the carwash, and someone will by happy to assist you. If you are unable to stop in, you can call the site and speak to someone who can assist. We do like to hear feedback as to why you’re leaving! Please do not be offended if we ask follow up questions, as we are continually trying to improve our service to you.

If you send an email to the office or leave a voicemail, you can expect a follow up call or email to confirm. Please note that our sites are closed on Sundays, and our office has limited hours. So reaching out this way may result in delayed processing.

Once you have canceled your membership, you may still use it through the end of your paid term. For example, if your membership renews on the 1st of each month, and you cancel on the 20th. You may still use the wash with your membership through the last day of the month you canceled.

Refund Policy

Generally, we do not offer refunds once a membership has been renewed. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, then a request may be submitted to the main office. The refund request form can be obtained by visiting the carwash. If you are unable to visit, you can call the site or email the main office, and the form will be emailed to you.
