I tried this place twice. Great experience. So on the third visit I bought an unlimited pass for the top wash package. Saved me tons of money and I'm still very happy with the service of this facility. Only thing I wish they would do is fix the gates.

Good car/truck wash for 2 of my vehicles. Downfall is it seems like there are allot of issues with the entry system. Been stuck in line quite a few times.

After it finally took my debit card, everything was fine. The machine at the entrance took too long to accept debit card, wouldn't accept cash.Car was nice and clean when finished.

I love the free vacuums and the Matt cleaner only had in problem and it was I washed my car there and it didn’t wash it all the way and left couple of scratches in my car not very happy. Also would love to see vacuums at least open on Sunday.

First time trying this car wash. Free vacuums gets me every time. Especially since it had been since March for a good cleaning.Pulling to choice of payment options. I really feel that $ 35.00 is way to much to pay for the "works". Maybe if an adult acholic beverage was included I'd feel differently.I did get wild with a double wash but it had been way to long of a time to look at my cats paw prints on the back window. $13.00.Very easy after you pay. You're guided to start of wash put car in neutral and that's it till end of your cycle. I loved the long dry cycle when I pulled around to empty trash and vacuume. I was even able to vacuum my trunk. Very nice job here.

I go here atleast once a week to use the FREE vacuums! They're never clogged and work great! I get a car wash there atleast every other week. Always seems to do a pretty good job for a drive through. Never have noticed any damage & price is standard as everywhere else.

Great place! Only reason I give a 4 is that they are not open on Sunday! This is the best time of the week to get a car wash and vacuum.I went thinking that I could at least vacuum it but they shut down everything.

I purchased the VIP package and I’m so glad I did. It’s fast my car is spotless the vacuums are free the guys are friendly. I definitely recommend the monthly membership you can wash your car every day for the cost of just 2 washes.

This is probably the BEST car wash I’ve ever used! Prices are a “little” high, but you get what you pay for! Definitely worth it! The monthly memberships rates are awesome too! I highly recommend this car wash! Keep up the good work Tsunami!

Free vacuums and floor mat cleaning. Monthly car wash memberships very reasonable. I've been to many car washes all over Northwest IN. and this is one of the best. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. I get my car washed every day and am never disappointed. If you are not satisfied with the wash, they will do it again. They even have a place to wash your pet.

Awesome place. Vacuums are free and the washes range from $5 to $18 at the most expensive. I always go here now because my car actually fully gets clean in the car wash. Most washed leave the back and inside mirrors dirty but not this wash. Will continue to go to this wash too. Keep up the great work.

I bought a monthly pass and I use it all the time! I bought the 12.99 which is perfect. I go there and usually don't have to wait at all. I pull up and it scans my windshield, then I buzz right thru! I love that you can vacuum your vehicle for FREE!!!

Great place to wash your car or pet, plus free vacuums. The wash does a good job, if you're not satisfied, talk with staff and they will wash it again. Staff is great as well and always friendly, helpful when needed. My suggestion is to get on the monthly plans, $13 to $35 a month. Allowed once a day, everyday (if wanted)...just wish they were open on Sundays. Maybe in the spring/summer their hours will change. Definitely recommend and have been talking friends/family.

If you have the means then get the monthly subscription. 35$ is a steal for a good car wash for every day except Sunday. You get the best wash, not just the basic wash in the subscription. Beware, if it's dark they have bright color LED lights inside the wash.

For 5 bucks, you get one he'll of a thorough cleaning!! & you don't feel obligated to leave a tip...its all automatic!! There are several levels of "CLEAN" to choose from, at different cost levels, of course. There is an automatic floor at cleaner, it's FREE! But that last time I wanted to use it, it was out of order. There IS usually 1 attendent, who guides you onto the TIRE rail & gives your car an initial spraying w/a high pressure hose. There are plenty of spacious vacuuming stations! The location is easy to enter & exit, except, if you're turning north onto Willow Creek, exit S-L-O-W-L-Y!!! It's a bit difficult to see on coming traffic, when you look left(or south). AN AWESOME ADDITION TO PORTAGE!!

I was there and I dropped my wallet full of money in the parking lot and the manager Nathan flagged me down and returned it to me. Nathan was very helpful and professional and he has a great personality. He was very friendly plus that was the best car wash that I have ever been to. Great results on even the dirtiest of cars. Only thing is, if you have any issues with your front end, ie ball joints or control arms, do not even try to use it. You will get popped out of the track and have to stop the whole line. But they are polite enough to offer a refund if you are unaware of the problem. Thanks to using there wash, I took my vehicle in to my mechanic after having the issues in the wash line and found out my control arm bushings and my ball joints are shot.I still highly recommend them because the problem was my car, not their equipment! And I still ended up with a clean car, even though I couldn't get it dried.

Not A Bad Deal! Took a very dirty 2014 Chevy Equinox, light blue metallic in color through the wash cycle. I did not expect it to clean the vehicle as well as it did. It turned out looking like a new vehicle with a fantastic shine. Sure, it missed around the edges of the windows and tire rims, but for the price and convenience it is well worth the monthly price paid. My only issue is the new day time should start at 12AM to 11:59PM and not the time you get the VIP monthly initiated time.

The wash itself is great! I don't care for their VIP program. It only allows for a single car vs other programs don't have the restriction simply a wash a day. It would be great if they at least let you sign up 2 cars for a household as that is typical. I suppose more money for them and that's all they care.

Went there for the first time today. Seems to do a good job, the car was clean . I did have to wipe the brake dust off my wheels, but thats pretty typical. The vacuums are really good, but wear earplugs. Overall I'm going to like my Double Wash.

This is by far the most fun car wash I have ever been to. The prices are pretty decent. I recommend going with the premium one so you can get the hot lava wax and all that jazz. Totally worth it. Will definitely be back over and over and over.

Car wash is great for 5 bucks, my old van looked like I paid $10+ at some other places, well worth it.ALSO, Upon exiting the car wash I had gotten a flat. I was in the process of calling roadside assistance when a young man came out to ask if I needed help. I did so he and another worker came out and got the spare on. I felt bad because I didn't know it was going to be a hassle getting the spare out from underneath. They didn't complain, and did it without ahesitation. Who ever they were, THANK YOU 2 Soo much.

Have recommended to friends/family- sister recently joined. The ONLY thing that would like to see is someone at the end there to wipe dry the small areas of water residue that may be left.

Went through with a $15 wash, cleaned the inside and then moved to getting the harsh bug spots off the front in the heat...then dude comes out and tells me to come through again so I didnt have to scrub it and he got it all! I'm a detailer and appreciate there is another that takes an extra step I dont know his name ( looks like Rick Ness from gold rush) but that man deserves a raise thank you! great light show too 😆

Car wash seems expensive but the machines do their jobs! Car is always clean when done! Just wish they had detailing service they offered
