We are open 7 days a week, with most locations open from 7am-8pm. For specific details, visit our locations page. Hours of operation may adjust based on holidays.

3. What are the perks of being a Tsunami Express monthly member?

A Tsunami Express membership makes car washing fun and easy, with great value! We want to be your favorite errand of the week. 🏄‍♀️

 

With a monthly membership, you get unlimited washes (up to once per day, all month long) at any Tsunami Express location, so your car stays shiny and protected. Members get fast-lane access with license plate recognition, so you can pull up and go – no stopping, no hassle. If you wash your car more than twice a month, it costs less than paying per wash.

 

Your membership also comes with free vacuums and DIY detailing supplies to clean the inside of your car, plus discounts when you add more vehicles to your plan! You can choose the wash level that fits your needs, manage everything easily in the Tsunami Express mobile app, and enjoy member-only perks. It’s an easy way to save time, save money, and keep your car looking sparkling clean. ✨

4. How do I become a member?

It’s easy! Simply sign up online, through our Tsunami Express mobile app, or at the pay station during your next visit. We offer affordable car wash membership plans for every budget.

 

Your membership automatically renews on the anniversary of your original enrollment date.

5. Can I use my unlimited membership at any Tsunami Express location?

Yes, you can ride the wave with your unlimited membership at any Tsunami Express location. 🌊

6. Is the car wash eco-friendly?

Our commitment to the environment is as deep as the ocean! 🏄‍♂️ 🌊 🐠

 

We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are gentle on your car and the planet.

 

Our top-notch equipment does a great job cleaning cars, and it’s also energy efficient, using less power to help reduce our carbon footprint. Our water reclamation systems whisk away any dirt, oil, and grime, so we can recycle 70% of our water. And our high-tech systems eliminate effluent discharge (that’s the icky wastewater that usually ends up in sewage tanks if you hand-wash your car at home, harming our aquatic friends!)

7. What new wash technologies are being used at Tsunami Express?

We’re proud of our Tsunami Express CleanTech, and it’s all about giving your ride the best treatment without any of the bad stuff. No harsh chemicals, no petroleum goop, and definitely no waxy, greasy leftovers. Just pure car care from the inside out!

 

We offer state-of-the-art automatic car washes including our Tsunami Bug Blast, Double Premium Softtouch Wraps (every wash is a double wash!), tire scrub and shineunderbody blast, ceramic treatment and a hyper heated dry with 12 blowers that will leave you spotless and ready to hit the road again.

8. Can I just pay for a single wash?

Yes, we offer single washes on-site. However, if you wash more than twice per month, a Tsunami Express unlimited membership will save you money!

9. Will the brushes damage my vehicle?

No! Tsunami Express uses state-of-the-art soft touch foam brushes that are gentle on your car’s paint, but thorough enough to leave them spotless.

10. Are there restrictions on types of vehicles that can be washed?

We are unable to wash vehicles with the following features:

  • Vehicles taller than 7’2”.
  • Trucks with dual rear wheels or wheels wider than 13”.
  • Truck beds with debris.
  • Vehicles with ladders, large racks or any rear mounted rack.
  • Vehicles with excessive mud.
  • Vehicles with rust or perforated metal.

11. Are Tsunami Express vacuums really free?

Yes! Our vacuums are free to use, and we offer complimentary DIY car detailing supplies, as well as self-service air for tires at no cost.

12. Does Tsunami Express offer gift packs or washbooks?

Yes! We offer a variety of prepaid gift packs or washbooks, available in our Tsunami Express mobile app!

13. How do I get started using the Tsunami Express mobile app? What can I use it for?

Our mobile app puts your membership right at your fingertips! Download the Tsunami Express mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

 

With the app, you can:

  • Purchase a new membership in just a few taps
  • Manage your existing membership anytime, anywhere
  • Update payment information
  • Change or upgrade your wash plan
  • Add vehicles to a Family Plan
  • View and update your membership details

14. My membership isn't showing up in the Tsunami Express mobile app! How do I add it?

Don’t worry, this is a quick fix! If your membership isn’t showing up in the Tsunami Express mobile app, it just needs to be linked.

 

To add or migrate your existing membership into the Tsunami Express mobile app:

  • First, download the Tsunami Express mobile app in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to get started.
    • Enter your email and create a password
    • Complete the account verification steps
  • Then, migrate your existing membership
    • On the Home screen, tap the 3-dot menu on the bottom right
    • Select Migrate Existing Plan
    • Choose your vehicle option
      • If you’re a Tsunami Express member: Enter your License Plate with no spaces
      • If you’re a previous Pride’s Express member: Enter your License Plate with no spaces
      • If you’re a previous Take 5 member: Enter your Fast Pass/RFID sticker number (in the format #####+######)
    • Select your primary wash location

15. How do I access my online membership account?

Heads up! We’ve upgraded our digital account experience as of December 2025.

 

All members, even those who previously signed up for an account online, will need to complete migration and registration steps in order to access their membership account.

If you’re accessing your online account for the first time, you’ll need to complete a short sign-up process first.

  1. First, download the Tsunami Express mobile app in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to get started. 
  2. Go to My Tsunami Express account (linked) and click or tap Register Here
  3. Follow the steps to create your account, verify your email address and member details
